  • Apple tree choppy leaves

I have planted 1 Fuji apple tree in my garden. The leaves appear as though they were chewed on by some insect or animal(Pics attached). I have inspected the plant closely and do not see bugs, looks like it is some kind of fungal infection. Any expert advice on how to remediate this would be much appreciated.
Also does this variety require 2 plants or can tgey self pollinate?

    thanks

It lookd like some animals or insects have eaten those leaves, but id suggest you to observe daily and medicate it with necessary medicines. I planted only lemons at the moment so don't know about these apples.
